50's Four Layer Petticoat by Hoops! My Dear edwardian wedding 80s Roberto Cavalli Black SequinA nylon petticoat by Hoops! My Dear featuring knee length and four layers of skirt. The top layer is smooth nylon with a narrow lace hem. Beneath it is stiff crinoline, followed by two tiers of crinoline, and then crinoline with a hem ruffle. The waist is a wide band of elastic that fastens in the front with a double hook and eye and keyhole opening. It has a union label. It measures 22" to 25" " around the waist and the length is 27". Hand wash.
