Three Star Lieutenant General's Military vehicle identification fender placard, from the Korea Vietnam war era. The plate looks to be made of stainless steel, painted entirely red with 3 plated alloy stars attached. It measures the standard 9" x 6" that the U. S. army uses for their vehicle rank plates.
