There are no tags but the fabric seems to be a cotton or cotton blend. Blouse has a ruffled neck and fastens down the front with self covered buttons. There are strips of sheer lace in front and on the cuffs. Sleeves are set in and puffed at the shoulders and the cuffs. Cuffs have covered buttons with elastic loops. Belt and skirt are not included.
