90's High Waist Mom Shorts by Northwest Blue retrocottage core Waist 13-1490s super high 13 rise light wash denim jean shorts. 100% cotton. Brand Northwest Blue. These can be cuffed, cut off, bleach dyed, distressed, destroyed to your liking! Longer length leaves many possibilities! As shown in photos there are some very faint areas of discoloration near bottom but would be hidden if cut or cuffed.
