Croatia. A Treasury Guard Official’s Dagger, M-1942 Hold with a wood plate quadrupleSilvered hilt fittings feature a circular pommel with a center obverse raised inscription, "NHD" (Independent State of Croatia) while the straight cross guard with rounded ends features a raised tobacco leaf motif flanking the central letters, R over S (RIZNICKA STRAZA), Treasury Department, on both sides. The light green leather grip with twisted gilded wire wrap, no damages or cracks on handle. Blade is plan, unmarked, nickel plated, approximately
