A 1930 Commemorative Badge Hold A Latin crossConstructed of silvered bronze, on chain for suspension, obverse depicts swooping eagle clutching a scroll with raised inscription PQG XV alongside laurel branch, reverse inscribed with recipients name reading Harijs Liepkalus, 1930, otherwise unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
