Constructed of a multi piece silver casing, the obverse featuring a white face with numerals 1 12 graded at five second intervals, in turn topped by 60 second stopwatch markers marked at five second intervals, with gilded hour and minute hands, featuring an additional 60 second stopwatch with an independently functioning arm, the reverse bearing a finely engraved depiction of a steam engine, topped by a wind up dials turn connecting to a
