This 100% Silvaner is produced with a minimal intervention approach, fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of clay amphoras and used barriques. With no added sulphites and no filtration, this wine expresses the purity of its terroir with fresh green apple and herbaceous notes, underscored by a
