Germany, Ss. A Waffen-Ss Panzer Em/Nco’s M40 Overseas Cap Auction one of the few tangible(Waffen SS Schiffchen M40 fr Mnner der Panzertruppe). A very well preserved Waffen SS EM NCOs M40 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, which gently slope toward the front. Visible on the peak is the unmistakable outline of an SS style eagle insignia which has been carefully removed. Directly below, the front of walls similarly bears the outline of an SS style Totenkopf insignia which has also
