Only the clamp and the grip area are round here. Everything else is kammtail shaped and therefore more aerodynamic. In addition, the carbon "tubes" disappear completely under the forearm due to the bend, see the competition photo on my Cervlo P5 (with version 43 ASC installed). This works better
