This is a beautifully tailored RAF officer's peaked visor cap dating from WWII. It is marked on the interior crown with: Extra Quality PRIZE MEDALS AWARDED TO TRESS & CO. LONDON The sweatband is marked with a name, N. S. CINDEREY, a great research project as this is a fairly uncommon name. It is constructed of the usual Royal Air Force blue barathea wool with a black mohair band. The style of the cap is definitely
