This is a lovely but heavily worn plaque made for Private First Class Russell Armstrong White, Headquarters Company, 367th Infantry Regiment, 92nd Division. The 92nd Division was made up of African American draftees. All of the enlisted personnel and about four fifths of the officers were African American, but the great majority of the staff and field grade, supply, artillery, engineer, and quartermaster officers were
