This is a very nice service worn German WWII Heer Army Deputy Air Defense Leader's rmelbinde (Armband), as often worn by Army flak gunners, brought home by a U. S. G. I. after the war. The armband is made from white cotton, with four blue rayon Tresse strips sewn onto it, two horizontally around the circumference, and two vertically.
