The nitrogen flow is automatically activated when the T245N Nitrogen Handle is in use, and it stops when the Handle is placed back in the stand and the tip temperature drops to the Sleep Temperature. This kit requires GN Nitrogen Generator or nitrogen supply at the operators bench. KN works with DI Control Unit and the discontinued
