TYPE A-10 GLOVE, FLYING WINTER Denim Brass BuckleThe TYPE A 10 GLOVE, FLYING WINTER follows the military pattern of the standardized flight accessory issued on July 20th, 1938. While most original Type A 10 gloves were made using goatskin, this model from The Real McCoy's MFG Co. uses an up spec aniline finished horsehide for a distinctive, robust design and finish. Cockpit design of the time required pilots to operate without fault in sub zero temperatures. The supple hide, wool lining and knitted
