Really a charming piece in terrific shape--useful still as a string holder

but I like that it feels as if made with expediency for a relatively humble carnival or local fair

and banded sgraphitto (incised) decoration around the shoulders

S Government.) But I was delighted to then open it and find all or almost all of its original contents packed neatly inside, most never opened or used (just two of the bandage boxes are empty, though I believe one of those two bandages is present, neatly rolled up but not returned to the box.)
