This is the phenomenal Pearl Harbor Attack, December 7, 1941 grouping of Navy Commander Lucian Willis Bugbee Jr., who served aboard the USS Vestel as Chief Engineer when the vessel was bombed during the surprise Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The centerpiece of the grouping is a small piece of shrapnel kept by Bugbee which is engraved Jap Bomb Fragment USS Vestal Dec 7 1941. Also included are Bugbees framed medals,
