The eagle on the patch is named Old Abe in honor of President Abraham Lincoln and was originally the mascot of a Wisconsin regiment during the Civil War. This is a rare white tongue 101st Airborne Division with green thread on the reverse side of the patch. The background of the patch is black twill.
