2023 Max Kilburg Ohligsberg Pinot Noir, Mosel, Germany Produttori di Carema 40 ppm total • UnfinedThe Ohligsberg Pinot Noir 2022, as it is referred to on the consumer label, was made from destemmed fruit picked on vines planted in 1987 and 2013 in the Brauert sector and was fermented in oak and matured in used barriques for 18 months before being bottled unfiltered. It offers a huge nose of cherry puree, red currant, blueberry, herbs, and fine spices. The wine proves smooth, fruit driven, and subtly silky creamy on the palate at first before some
