2023 Domaine Leflaive Clavoillon Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France D'Oliveiras (Base 2020)Clavoillon is a single, 4. 79 hectare parcel that Domaine Leflaive has largely in hand (plantings 19591988) on clay limestone just north of Les Pucelles. Farming is biodynamic, harvests are manual, and the must sees a long, gentle pneumatic press before settling 24 hours and going to oak for fermentation. levage runs 12 months in barrel (about 22% new; mix of Allier Vosges) followed by 6 months in tank, with only a light fining filtration if needed.
