2025 Lamoresca Bianco Sicily, Italy i Clivi Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grown100% Vermentino di Corso. Destemmed and fermented on skins for 2 3 days depending on the vintage. Pressed to a mix of cement and one tronconic wooden barrel for aging through winter. Racked at least 3 times before bottling. Natural malolactic fermentation. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
