It’s a generous and full-bodied wine with great depth and character which still holds a great acid line that we get in Sauvignon blanc grown in cooler sites

2023 Weingut Wasenhaus, Weissburgunder Mohlin , Baden, Germany Mas Foraster The AuxeroisA Pinot blanc grown on very steep slopes, a southeastern exposure and an old limestone terraced vineyard on the Olberg above the Mohlin creek, all worked manually by hand. The vines are planted in the 1950s with mainly Pinot blanc but you can find mixed in between some Chardonnay and Chasselas vines too.
