Winemakers note: We usually vinify red and white as two separate wines, but in 2024 we decided that it made more sense to pick and ferment the vineyard as one. Its more in line with what we hope to achieve by working with old single vineyards. Grapes: 40% Dzelshavi, 30% Tsolikouri, 20% Tsitska & 10% Kvishkhura Vineyard: Vines planted in the 1960s on loam and red clay with limestone. NW facing
